Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the single point of contact for:
- Parents & students enrolled in music classes
- Tutors teaching within your assigned cluster
You will ensure smooth operations, high satisfaction, and strong retention—acting as the face of Upkraft on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Tutor Coordination & Management
- Onboard tutors for your cluster and ensure smooth class execution
- Coordinate trial classes, replacements, reschedules, and availability
- Ensure tutors follow Upkraft’s teaching standards and code of conduct
- Act as the bridge between tutors and parents for feedback and alignment
Cluster Ownership & Operations
- Own day-to-day operations for your assigned societies/locality
- Maintain accurate records of classes, students, tutors, and payments
- Support class expansion, referrals, and renewals within the cluster
- Work closely with central teams on operations, reporting, and improvements
Parent & Student Experience
- Act as the primary contact for parents and students post-enrolment
- Handle queries related to schedules, tutor allocation, class continuity, payments, and feedback
- Proactively check in with parents to ensure satisfaction and learning progress
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally to deliver a premium experience
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 0–3 years of experience in customer success, relationship management, education ops, or field roles
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (parents, tutors, internal teams)
- Willingness to travel within the city
Good to Have:
- Experience in ed-tech, coaching centres, music/dance academies, or society-based programs
- Passion or familiarity with music, arts, or extracurricular education
- Experience handling WhatsApp-based coordination and CRM tools
