Job Title: Preschool Teacher & Academic Coordinator
Location: Narmada Nagar, near Mangla chowk, Bilaspur
We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and well-trained Preschool Teacher to join our team and grow with a renowned preschool brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Ensure proper classroom management and implementation of school policies.
- Maintain student records, assessments, and classroom documentation.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Guide, support, and coordinate with fellow teachers and classroom staff.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative and helping maintain academic standards.
- Assist in planning school events, activities, and teacher training when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Well-trained in Early Childhood Education (NTT, D.Ed., ECCEd, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and basic printer handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred (Additional Advantage):
- Experience or knowledge in handling children with special needs and diverse learning requirements.
- Understanding of inclusive classroom practices.
