Social Media Reel Creator, Video Editor & E-commerce Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, responsible, and detail-oriented person to manage our social media content and online stores. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging Instagram/Facebook Reels, editing product videos, and managing Etsy and website orders and listings.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Reels
- Create and edit engaging Reels, short videos, and product content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit product videos and photos when needed.
- Create creative content that showcases our products and attracts customers.
- Keep up with current social media trends, Reels, sounds, and content styles.
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Etsy & Website Management
- Manage Etsy and website product listings, including titles, descriptions, photos, prices, and inventory.
- Upload new products and update existing listings.
- Process and monitor online orders.
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries professionally.
- Keep product information and inventory accurate.
- Help improve listings to increase traffic and sales.
Requirements
- Experience with video editing and social media content creation.
- Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook Reels.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of Etsy and e-commerce websites.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Creative eye for product photography and video.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred
- Previous experience managing an Etsy shop or e-commerce website.
- Experience working with jewelry, beads, fashion, or other product-based businesses.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and SEO.
