Job Title: Operations & Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end operations and supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations, procurement, and supply chain functions
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Manage demand planning, production planning, inventory, and material availability
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
- Monitor warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure on-time deliveries
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reviews for management
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management
- Expertise in Procurement, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and Logistics
- Experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, and S&OP
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech with MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, FMCG, automotive, engineering, pharmaceuticals, or industrial operations
- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Vendor Development, Import/Export, Warehouse Management, and Distribution Planning
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
