Position: Insurance Executive
Department: Insurance / Customer Service

Experience: 0–2 Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions related to motor insurance services.
- Call customers for Maruti Insurance (MI) renewal follow-ups and policy reminders.
- Explain insurance renewal benefits, coverage details, and renewal processes to customers.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update renewal status.
- Coordinate with insurance teams for smooth policy processing.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve renewal targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to handle follow-up calls and maintain records efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualification:
- Graduate with relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with telecalling, insurance, or customer support experience will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,869.03 - ₹13,000.00 per month
