Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Nyati Empress)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Shift: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Role Objective
Radiaant Captive India is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between the company and its clients, focusing on providing high-quality assistance and managing financial accounts with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls regarding account status and service inquiries.
- Account Management: Assist customers in understanding their payment cycles and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Negotiation & Collection: Persuade customers to settle outstanding payments while maintaining a polite and empathetic tone to ensure customer retention.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately document all call details and update customer records in the internal CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Meet monthly performance targets related to call quality, volume, and recovery metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Mindset: Ability to handle pressure, remain patient during difficult conversations, and a results-oriented approach.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in BPO or collections is a significant advantage.
