Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage office-based sales activities and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and assisting in promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to increase sales.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Office Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in administrative and office coordination tasks.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in creating and sharing marketing content on social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Help organize marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
