A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) acts as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, focusing on managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering loyalty to drive satisfaction and retention. They handle daily interactions via phone, email, or in-person, maintain CRM records, and often contribute to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Promptly handle inquiries, complaints, and requests to provide effective solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Communication & Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact, providing accurate product/service information.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and report on feedback, satisfaction levels, and KPIs.
- Sales Support: Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities, follow up on leads, and assist with orders or site visits
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Interpersonal Skills: Problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
