We are looking for a Visualiser who can translate ideas into powerful visual concepts. This role is ideal for someone who understands design as communication—not just aesthetics. You will work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to visualize campaign ideas, brand stories, and marketing concepts into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities
Concept Visualization & Execution
● Interpret creative briefs and transform them into strong visual concepts.
● Develop layouts, storyboards, and mock-ups for campaigns and branding projects.
● Visualize ideas for digital, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
● Work closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual directions.
● Align visuals with brand strategy, tone, and communication objectives.
Design Development
● Create high-quality visuals for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
● Ensure designs are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
● Adapt and optimize creatives across multiple formats and platforms.
Layout & Composition Excellence
● Apply strong fundamentals of typography, color theory, and composition.
● Maintain clarity, hierarchy, and visual balance in every design.
● Ensure consistency across campaigns and brand assets.
Project Management
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
● Be proactive in revisions, feedback incorporation, and final output delivery.
Quality Control
● Ensure all designs meet high standards of creativity and execution.
● Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across deliverables.
● Review and refine designs to enhance visual impact.

Required Skills & Tools
● 6+ years of experience as a Visualiser or Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
● Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas quickly and effectively.
● Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
● A portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and visual execution.
