Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Hindi Teacher to teach students from Classes 1 to 5. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners and capable of creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment that supports language development and foundational literacy in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi language lessons aligned with the school curriculum for Classes 1–5.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Encourage participation through storytelling, poems, role-play, and language activities.
- Maintain student academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school meetings, training sessions, and academic planning.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
- Support and participate in school events, competitions, and cultural activities related to Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / Education / related field.
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed / TTC preferred.
- Strong command over Hindi language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Creative and interactive teaching methodology.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing lesson plans and reports.
Experience
- 0–3 years of teaching experience in primary classes preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching interest may also apply.
