To plan daily packing activity per norms of cGMP. • To carryout dry cleanig and packing activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block. • To optimize utilization of Machines. • To carry out in process checks during packing activities. • To arrange batches as per shift plan and planning for next shift material to make easy to perform . • To maintain document (BMR) as per cGMP and also filled and maintain the daily, weekly, monthly record as per cGMP requirement. • To coordinate with RM stores Raw materials procurement in time. • To carry out proper line clearance procedure and follow SOPs • To ensure discipline from workers and get systematic work to improve quality. • To Comply cGMP and other regulatory requirement during manufacturing process. • To ensure daily monitoring of manufacturing activity. • Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities and special as signment given by seniors.
