Job Responsibilities:
1.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
2.Explain products/services and assist customers with queries.
3.Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4.Maintain customer details and updates in the CRM system.
5.Build and maintain good customer relationships.
6.Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
7.Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
2.Good communication skills in Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu.
3.Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
4.Customer-focused with good convincing skills.
5.Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
