We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
Maintain office files, records, and documents.
Assist with data entry and preparing reports.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory.
Support scheduling meetings and appointments.
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
