About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, manpower, dispatch, and process compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in warehouse operations and the ability to manage teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, inventory and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
Monitor GRN/CGRN, invoicing, dispatch and logistics processes.
Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning and productivity.
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per business requirements.
Maintain proper warehouse SOPs, documentation and process discipline.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
Monitor warehouse MIS, KPIs, productivity and operational costs.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and space utilization.
Handle manpower requirements, attendance, shift planning and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and minimize operational errors, damages and inventory discrepancies.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in warehouse / logistics / supply chain operations.
- Prior experience managing a warehouse team is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Good understanding of dispatch, inward, stock reconciliation and logistics operations.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C / e-commerce environment.
- Candidates from D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, retail or consumer brands will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
