Fitting & Buffing Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Fitting & Buffing Operator to perform fitting, finishing, deburring, polishing, and buffing operations on manufactured components. The candidate should ensure proper finishing quality and support production activities as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fitting, deburring, grinding, polishing, and buffing operations on components
Use hand tools, power tools, and buffing machines safely and effectively
Read basic engineering drawings and work instructions
Inspect finished parts for surface finish and quality standards
Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface defects from components
Maintain cleanliness of tools, machines, and work area
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Report quality or production issues to supervisors
Support production and assembly activities when required
Requirements
ITI/Technical qualification preferred
Experience in fitting, polishing, or buffing work preferred
Knowledge of hand tools and finishing processes
Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to handle production work
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Experience
1–4 years preferred
Salary
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹8,514.24 - ₹43,892.68 per month
