Calling Executive – E-commerce (COD & NDR)
We are hiring Calling Executives for our e-commerce business to handle NDR (failed delivery) calls and COD order confirmations. Simple customer calling job – no cold calling or sales. Training provided.
What You Will Do:
- Call customers for NDR/failed delivery orders and coordinate re-delivery
- Call customers to confirm COD orders and verify order details
- Follow up with customers regarding delivery issues
- Update call status (Confirmed, Reattempt, Cancelled, No Answer, etc.) in the system
- Meet daily calling and NDR resolution targets
What We Need:
- Clear communication in Hindi/English (basic level is fine)
- Comfortable talking on the phone all day
- Basic phone and computer knowledge
- Honest and reliable
- No experience needed – we will train you
