Job Description
A school administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the daily administrative operations of the school and ensuring smooth communication between teachers, students, parents, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and handle visitor inquiries professionally
- Answer phone calls and emails and maintain communication records
- Maintain student records, attendance, and confidential files
- Assist in admissions and enrollment processes
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Support teachers and school staff with administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, documents, notices, and presentations
- Handle data entry and maintain office databases
- Assist in organizing school events, exams, and parent meetings
- Manage office supplies and administrative inventory
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Previous administrative/front office experience is a plus
- Experience in school administration is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
