About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to engage with aspiring entrepreneurs interested in starting or scaling their travel business.
This is a consultative business development role focused on understanding customer requirements, identifying serious prospects, and guiding them towards the right business opportunity.
This is not a telecalling or aggressive sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer background, business interests, and goals
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Explain the Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) clearly
- Schedule consultations with the senior business consulting team
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up records
- Build and maintain professional relationships with interested prospects
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and handle business conversations confidently
Self-motivated with good follow-up discipline
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement
Experience in service-based industries is an advantage
