Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire the best talent across engineering, manufacturing, project management, and support functions. The role requires strong networking, industry understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads (Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Procurement, Projects) to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical assessments with line managers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Vitech as an employer of choice in the heavy engineering industry.
- Stay updated on industry salary benchmarks and assist in offer negotiations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
- 6 month - 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in engineering / manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (fabrication, welding, QA/QC, design, project management, supply chain).
- Excellent sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices will be an added advantage.
