Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Number of new leads converted into customers.

- Timeliness and accuracy of booking processing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by promoting domestic travel products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages based on their needs.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of domestic destinations, tours, and travel packages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the domestic travel market, including new destinations, hotels, airlines, etc.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about itineraries, accommodations, and services.
Booking and Coordination:
- Process customer bookings and reservations, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners (hotels, airlines, etc.) to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide personalized services and assist customers with post-sales support (e.g., travel documentation, customer concerns).
- Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips.
Sales Reporting:
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales (travel industry or related field) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of domestic travel destinations, products, and services.
