Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the villa property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental coordination, revenue optimization, and adherence to hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end villa operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Monitor daily operations, occupancy, and property performance
- Lead, train, and supervise operational teams
- Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Develop and implement operational SOPs and quality standards
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and management for smooth property functioning
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations
- Prepare operational reports and drive continuous process improvements
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relationship and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and property management
- Budgeting, cost control, and operational planning skills
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred
- 8–15 years of experience in hospitality operations
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury villas, resorts, boutique hotels, or holiday homes
- Strong understanding of guest services, revenue management, and property operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
