Overview
We are looking for a Video Editor/Graphic Designer & 3D Animator who is responsible for crafting visually appealing and cohesive digital content. Who can edit video footage, design motion graphics, and create visual assets, 3D animation, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, with a passion for creating visually engaging and high-quality 3D content that align with a brand’s style and message.
Key Responsibilities
3D Animator
- Create high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual content.
- Develop 3D models, environments, characters, products, and assets as required.
- Create realistic and stylized animations based on creative briefs.
- Handle texturing, materials, lighting, camera animation, and rendering.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, video teams, and clients.
- Create product animations, brand films, advertisements, explainers, social media content, and visual effects.
- Ensure animations meet creative, technical, and brand requirements.
- Manage project files, assets, renders, and revisions efficiently.
Video Editing
- Edit raw video footage into polished final products (promotional videos, ads, tutorials, social media clips, etc.).
- Add transitions, effects, and color corrections to enhance visual appeal.
- Sync video with audio, music, and voiceovers.
- Cut and rearrange scenes to ensure storytelling flow and timing.
- Export videos in various formats optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Graphic Design
- Design static and motion graphics for digital and print media (posters, banners, thumbnails, infographics, etc.).
- Create branding materials such as logos, typography, and style guides.
- Develop visual assets for video overlays, lower thirds, and intro/outro animations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
Motion Graphics & Animation (Optional/Advanced)
- Create animated titles, transitions, and infographics using motion design tools.
- Combine 2D and 3D elements to enhance storytelling.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project goals.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with current design and video trends.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in 3D Animation.
- Strong knowledge of 3D animation principles, modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
- Proficiency in professional 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Redshift, Octane, or Cycles.
- Strong understanding of composition, camera movement, lighting, materials, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating high-quality commercial or production-ready 3D content.
- Good understanding of post-production and compositing.
- Ability to work creatively while meeting deadlines.
- Professional portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
- Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
- Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D (for advanced animation).
- Strong Sense of Visual Storytelling: Understanding pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (optional but preferred).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating both 3D animation & video editing plus design work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
