Develop and update job descriptions, post openings, and ensure positions are filled effectively. Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies.
handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC ,PT)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Experience:
- HR , Recruitment: 6 years (Preferred)
- Payroll, Compliance, PMS: 6 years (Preferred)
