Responsibilities:
- Preparing BOQ and cost estimates
- Quantity take-off from drawings
- Preparing and checking RA bills
- Preparing subcontractor bills and verification
- Monitoring material and labor cost
- Preparing variation and extra item statements
- Assisting in tendering and rate analysis
- Site measurement and quantity reconciliation
- Maintaining project cost records and reports
- Coordinating with site and project teams
