Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Home Automation solutions across Chennai and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within the Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical, Lighting, and AV Consultant communities and a proven track record in project sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities for Home Automation and Smart Home Solutions.
- Build strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, Electrical Consultants, Lighting Consultants, and AV Consultants.
- Identify and convert project-based sales opportunities in residential and commercial segments.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Work closely with technical and project teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in B2B and project sales.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage with architects, consultants, builders, and decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Home Automation, Smart Home Solutions, ELV Systems, Lighting, Electrical Products, Building Automation, AV Solutions, or related industries.
- Existing network among Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Consultants is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Locations
Candidates currently based in Chennai or Coimbatore with relevant industry experience are preferred.
Pay: ₹780,000.00 per year
