Azim Premji University, Bhopal, started operations in August 2023, offering postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The first phase of campus construction is complete and the overall 50-acre campus with state-of-the-art academic and residential facilities will be ready over the next few years. We expect to grow to about 4000 students and 500 members over the next few years.
We are expanding our programme offerings and are inviting applications for full time faculty positions. We will offer faculty an enriching and fulfilling institution building experience encompassing inter disciplinary programme design, development, and research opportunities, setting up and implementation of key institutional processes, culture building and participation in various institutional bodies.
This role will be a part of MA Education Programme for the Bhopal Campus. This will be a 2‑year full time engagement.
Responsibilities:
As an Academic Associate in Child Development and Learning, you will be:

Supporting students of MA Education Programme in the ‘Child Development and Learning’ core course by conducting small group sessions with them. This support would be by facilitating readings, clarifying doubts regarding assignments, language and academic support.

Participating in all course-related discussions with the faculty.

Supporting the development of resources- readings, audio/visuals, translation of teaching materials from English to Hindi.

Supporting practicum/ fieldwork of students.

Spending considerable time helping students in small tutorials to improve their grasp of concepts.

Advancing your teaching research skills over the course of 2 years.
