Clinical Counselor
- We are looking for a highly empathetic, persuasive, and process-driven Clinical Counselor to manage patient inquiries, nurture leads, and convert consultations into treatment bookings. This role sits at the intersection of patient care, counseling, and revenue growth, making it critical for delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving clinic performance. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling patient conversations, explaining aesthetic treatments, and guiding prospects through the decision-making journey from awareness to clinic visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle and nurture both existing clinic leads and new incoming inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Understand patient concerns, expectations, and treatment goals through consultative conversations.
- Convert inquiries into consultations by building trust, urgency, and treatment confidence.
- Drive the patient journey from Awareness → Desire → Intention to Visit → Consultation Booking. Patient Counseling .
- Explain aesthetic treatment protocols, procedures, benefits, expected outcomes, pricing, and post-treatment care.
- Educate patients on clinic services in a professional, ethical, and patient-centric manner.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure seamless consultation scheduling with doctors and clinic staff.
- Maintain high patient engagement and follow-up ratios to improve conversion performance.
CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status, patient interactions, follow-ups, and conversion notes accurately in CRM.
- Track daily counseling activities, consultation bookings, and revenue conversions.
- Submit daily performance and follow-up reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm mandatory Experience
- Experience in aesthetic clinics, cosmetic dermatology, healthcare counseling, wellness, dental, or high-conversion sales environments preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
