- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related data-focused roles, with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise data platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and Fivetran for reliable and efficient data ingestion and transformation.
- Develop and optimize data transformation workflows in Snowflake, ensuring high performance, scalability, maintainability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Snowflake, including DDL, DML, complex SQL, query optimization, data sharing, and warehouse/data platform capabilities.
- Build robust data quality, profiling, validation, and cleansing frameworks to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data.
- Configure and maintain system integrations and data ingestion processes required to onboard dealer data from multiple source systems.
- Lead hands-on dealer data onboarding activities, including source-system analysis, data mapping, transformation, standardization, validation, and cleansing.
- Analyze complex source data and develop appropriate data mapping and transformation logic to convert source information into standardized target structures.
- Utilize Fivetran and other ETL/ELT capabilities to automate data ingestion and establish reliable, repeatable data integration workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Data Leads, Business Analysts, and other engineering teams to implement pipeline designs, data standards, and architectural best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, integrations, transformation processes, and data quality issues, ensuring timely resolution of production and onboarding challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data flows, source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, pipeline dependencies, and data quality metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering standards, automation, performance optimization, and data quality processes across the program.
- Automotive or dealer-domain experience is an added advantage, particularly experience working with complex dealer data onboarding, cleansing, or master-data processes.
- SnowPro Core certification is preferred, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
