Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our showroom operations and drive revenue growth. This role is suited for a commercially sharp professional who can combine strong sales execution with relationship-driven business development. You will play a key role in positioning the showroom as a preferred destination for premium sanitaryware and bath fittings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage showroom sales operations with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience Convert high-value walk-in inquiries into successful sales through consultative selling Build and nurture long-term relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers Drive business growth through strategic field visits and targeted market outreach Own and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets Advise customers on product selection, pricing, and complete bathroom solutions Ensure effective coordination across stock, merchandising, and billing to maintain showroom standards Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities Lead, mentor, and develop the showroom sales team to improve performance and accountability Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant specialization preferred) 3–5 years of proven experience in showroom sales, preferably in sanitaryware, bath fittings, or allied sectors Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing and developing teams High level of ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail What We Offer: A performance-driven environment where results are recognized and rewarded Opportunity to work with premium products and a strong market presence A role with significant responsibility and growth potential
