MRD Technician
- Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and documentation of medical records as per NABH standards.
- Update patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and maintain data accuracy.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical departments for timely record completion.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
