Job Title: Microbiologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Microbiologist to support microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and quality assurance activities within our pharmaceutical operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest levels of product safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per standard testing procedure
- Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, water systems, and manufacturing areas
- Identify microbial contaminants using standard microbiological and molecular techniques
- Maintain accurate laboratory records in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Prepare culture media and reagents and maintain laboratory equipment
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results
- Support method validation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and R&D
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology
- 3-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated laboratory environment
- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques (e.g., culturing, staining, microbial identification)
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
- Experience with environmental monitoring and aseptic techniques preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
