This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position requires managing various tasks independently while collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting module functionalities and configuration.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday Recruiting environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Recruiting applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in Workday Recruiting implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
