We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA graduates to join our team as Management Consultants. The selected candidates will work closely with clients to understand business challenges, support project implementation, improve business processes, and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business consulting and client engagement activities.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct market research and business analysis.
- Participate in client meetings and provide implementation support.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status updates.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Travel to client locations when required.
Requirements
- MBA (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, or equivalent).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
