- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare and share tour itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate domestic and international tour bookings.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, transport, sightseeing, and activity reservations.
- Process tour confirmations, cancellations, amendments, and refunds as per company policy.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Ensure timely collection of required travel documents from customers.
- Guide clients regarding passport, visa, travel insurance, and travel requirements (where applicable).
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide pre-tour and post-tour customer support.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep updated on tourism trends, destinations, travel regulations, and seasonal offers.
- Promote company tour packages, travel promotions, and special offers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management related to business operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
