Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payment of bills. Track receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with internal and external audits.
- Expense Management: Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring they are recorded accurately and within budget.
- Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
- Support Finance Team: Provide support to the finance team in various accounting tasks and projects as needed.
- System Management: Maintain and update accounting software and systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
