French Toast is an all-day breakfast and bakery brand with three locations across Kochi, known
for quality food and a warm atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Manager to drive
customer engagement, grow our client base, and support revenue growth through proactive
relationship management and sales via our WhatsApp channel. The ideal candidate is a strong
communicator who thrives on building trust with customers, is skilled at identifying opportunities
to grow accounts, and is eager to learn and grow while consistently meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term
- relationships with new and existing customers.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via
- WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of French Toast's product
- range to confidently advise customers and answer questions.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing
- products to current customers, maximizing account value.
- Order Management: Coordinate with the pastry team and delivery personnel to ensure
- orders are fulfilled and delivered smoothly.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly
- sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales
- Performance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business relationship management is preferred; however, freshers with a keen interest in thriving in a competitive, target-driven environment are also welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable managing customer communication over WhatsApp and other digital
- channels.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
