Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Agentic AI to design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves leading AI initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving AI products that improve customer experience and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI and GenAI solutions.
- Build AI applications using LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI products.
- Drive AI solution architecture, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure scalability, security, and best practices across AI platforms.
- Mentor technical teams and provide solution guidance.
- Manage multiple AI projects using Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 410 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Python, AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and APIs.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, AI deployment, monitoring, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working with Agile teams and enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
