We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage workforce recruitment, employee attendance, employee records, and day-to-day administrative activities. The primary responsibility will be ensuring adequate manpower availability for assembly, packing, and factory operations while maintaining smooth HR and administrative processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Manpower Management
- Hire and maintain adequate manpower for packing, assembly, and factory operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, local references, and recruitment networks.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure joining.
- Maintain a database of workers and potential candidates.
- Arrange replacement workers whenever shortages arise.
Attendance & Employee Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Track absenteeism and late coming.
- Monitor worker turnover and identify reasons for employee exits.
- Maintain leave records and employee documentation.
- Coordinate joining and exit formalities.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Collect and manage Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and other documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance reconciliation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and coordination.
- Manage stationery and office supplies.
- Maintain records, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Reporting
- Submit daily manpower reports.
- Track vacancies and recruitment status.
- Prepare attendance and employee-related reports.
- Maintain recruitment and attrition records.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- HR qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, Recruitment, or Factory HR.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment will be highly preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Previously worked on HR Systems and Softwares.

This role is critical in supporting the growth and smooth functioning of the factory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
