- Tandoor Cook – 2 Positions
- Chinese Cook – 2 Positions
- Continental Cook – 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes as per restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Follow all operational and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the respective cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
