We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact, managing daily schedules, coordinating travel, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Time Management: Manage complex scheduling, coordinate appointments, and ensure the principal is prepared for all daily meetings and commitments.
- Communication: Act as a gatekeeper, answering and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the principal.
- Travel Coordination: Book domestic and international flights, accommodations, transportation, and create detailed travel itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, format presentations, organize files, and handle expense reporting and light bookkeeping.
- Errands & Personal Support: Run personal errands, make restaurant reservations, purchase gifts, and assist with personal event planning as needed.
- Project Management: Assist with ad-hoc projects, conduct research, and follow up with external contacts to ensure deadlines are met.
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
