- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle (procurement → allocation → tracking → disposal)
- Work on ITAM tools like ManageEngine / ServiceNow for asset tracking and reporting
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows within ITAM tools
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate and analyze reports for asset utilization, audit readiness, and cost optimization
- Coordinate with IT, procurement, and vendors for asset-related activities
- Ensure data accuracy and governance across asset records
- Support audits and compliance activities (internal/external)
- Understand latest technologies which AI related and how it can be introduced in operations for better customer care
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
