Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (Based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer / Architect to join our team working exclusively on Australian residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design skills, experience in producing high-quality 3D visualisations, and a thorough understanding of residential construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D architectural models and visualisations using SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Prepare architectural working drawings and construction documentation for Australian residential projects.
- Develop electrical, plumbing, and architectural layouts in accordance with project requirements.
- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Manage projects from concept design through to final documentation.
- Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and presentations.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with Australian building standards, planning regulations, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects accurately and within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or B.Tech (Civil/Architecture).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Experience working on Australian residential construction projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong experience in designing custom and high-end residential homes.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
