Job Summary
The Candidate will coordinate with helpdesk teams, Microsoft support, and external partners to ensure efficient operation of collaboration services and strong governance across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Basic Knowledge of at least any four of following technologies are preferred however not mandatory
- Microsoft Exchange Online complete operation and management.
- Helpdesk Management related to Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft SharePoint Admin
- OneDrive
- Power BI dashboard management
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration
Additional Knowledge Expected -
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
