Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting them into business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
Research and identify prospective clients and decision-makers within target industries.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding new opportunities.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and decision-making authority.
2. Sales Engagement & Conversion
Connect with potential customers to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and virtual meetings.
Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture relationships.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Ensure timely communication regarding products, pricing, and services.
Address client queries and provide suitable solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or service-based industries preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
