Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe, listen, and respond to children’s interests and ideas
- Plan and facilitate play-based, inquiry-driven experiences
- Document children’s learning through photos, notes, and displays
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with the team to design meaningful learning spaces
- Maintain classroom materials and learning corners (construction, home living, sensory play, etc.)

What We’re Looking For
- Genuine love and respect for young children
- Curiosity and openness to learning (experience in Reggio approach is a plus, not a must)
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to reflect, adapt, and grow as an educator
- Patience, warmth, and a collaborative mindset

Qualifications
- Graduate (any field) / Montessori / early childhood (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience with young children is a plus
