We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (Interiors) to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in site coordination, vendor management, client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise interior design and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in interior project management or site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
