About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing EPC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and driving sales of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct customer meetings, site assessments, and requirement analysis.
- Prepare and present solar project proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.
- Explain technical and financial benefits of solar solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on government solar policies, subsidies, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, EPC, energy, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and EPC projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
