Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and hard-working ITI freshers to join our team as trainee technicians at various railway power substations along the western line. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to launch your career in the core technical sector. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to all selected candidates.
Key Qualifications
- Education: ITI pass out in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics trades.
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic understanding of tools and safety procedures and a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in the daily operation and maintenance of railway substation equipment.
- Monitor control panels, meters, and gauges to ensure a smooth power supply.
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical setups.
- Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines while working around high-voltage equipment.
- Maintain daily shift logs and report any equipment abnormalities to supervisors.
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Shifts: Mandatory rotational shifts (including morning, evening, and night) to ensure 24/7 substation functionality.
- Training: Full practical training will be provided covering safety, equipment handling, and substation operations.
