- Experience: Must have pharma plant & corporate hiring exposure
- Salary: 25K–30K per month | Higher for deserving candidates

- Talent Acquisition for pharmaceutical plants & corporate roles
- End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
- Payroll processing & attendance management experience
- HR operations, compliance & employee lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of pharma industry hiring trends
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Confident communicator with hands-on experience in pharma HR. Should manage both plant & corporate office hiring independently.
