Job description:
Position: Key Account Manager – OEM Sales (LED Lighting)
Experience: 5+ Years in B2B / OEM Sales (Lighting Industry)
Industry: LED Lights Manufacturing Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand OEM/ODM business for LED Lighting products.
- Identify and acquire new OEM customers across India.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build long-term relationships with key OEM customers.
- Handle RFQs, product specifications, costing discussions, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Purchase, PPC, Quality and Dispatch teams for timely execution.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable LED lighting solutions.
- Prepare annual sales plans, monthly forecasts and revenue projections.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company during customer meetings, factory visits and exhibitions.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong OEM Sales experience in LED Lighting/Electrical industry.
- Excellent B2B Sales & Key Account Management skills.
- Good understanding of LED Drivers, PCB, Housing, DOB, COB, Street Lights, Flood Lights, Panel Lights, Downlights and other lighting products.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
